About The Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive to work for a forward-thinking technology business within the property sector.

 

Sitting within the Marketing department, the Marketing Executive will be supporting the marketing and events strategy for the tmgroup business. The role will entail co-ordinating and managing the delivery of the customer-facing communications and business development activities for all the B2B trade, industry, and corporate hospitality events.

 

You’ll be Involved In:

  • Coordinating and delivering a full calendar of digital and face-to-face events, maintaining and building brand reputation (including building/issuing invites, liaising with attendees, overseeing spend, follow-up reporting and attending events where required).
  • Manage event kit and logistics process (including delivery of merchandise and equipment, producing briefing packs for sales teams, and liaising with attendees).
  • Oversee and manage distribution of all marketing collateral, merchandise, and corporate gift processes.
  • Produce and manage sales support collateral to facilitate new business and cross-sell/up-sell process.
  • Work with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Finance team to oversee effective management of marketing budget, including processing, recording, and tracking of invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain and deliver a library of sales and marketing collateral and assets for use by sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting on success of event activity for monthly marketing reports.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Chief Commercial Officer with organising internal sales meetings and events.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Digital/CRM Marketing on creating and implementing email and social media communications programme for all tmgroup brands.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

 

  • Minimim two years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience of working with sales teams to plan, organise and deliver B2B events.
  • Experience of writing, creating, and delivering high quality emails and social media posts.
  • Demonstratable ability to initiate successful new ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing qualification or Business degree preferred.
  • Flexible attitude and an eye for detail.
  • Proactive with analytical skills to make the right decisions and the drive and enthusiasm to organise and execute the detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent planning and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to move fast, be open to change, be willing to stretch yourself and grow with the business.
  • Experience of working in the legal, property or tech sectors would be a bonus.
